Richard Pace is president of Pace Construction LLC. He lives with his wife and four children in Hoover and is very active in the community. Richard is a graduate of Auburn University where he studied Building Science.

All his life he knew he wanted to be a contractor and worked toward achieving his goal. Richard grew up in the building community where he learned his trade from his uncle. Pace Construction LLC was formed 18 years ago and has been widely recognized in the over the mountain area ever since.

Richard personally oversees each and every project to ensure every fine detail is accounted for his clients.
